Archer & Grove is the trading name of Vectra Pty Ltd as trustee for the Reddy Family Trust (“Archer & Grove”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Archer & Grove website at archerandgrove.com, including browsing our website and purchasing our products.

By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced on our website, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Our styled interior images are intended to demonstrate how an artwork can look within an interior setting. Furniture, cushions, throws, accessories and other items shown in styled images are for inspiration unless specifically stated as included with the product.

Some Archer & Grove artworks are hand-assembled or incorporate natural or tactile materials. Minor variations in texture, finish, colour or construction may occur and can be part of the character of the product.

4. Product Availability

We aim to keep product availability and stock information on our website accurate.

However, products may occasionally become unavailable or there may be an inventory error.

If we are unable to fulfil an order that you have paid for, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a refund.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or change product specifications, provided this does not affect an order that has already been accepted except where permitted by law.

5. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart.

Your order is subject to acceptance by Archer & Grove.

We may decline or cancel an order where, for example:

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

Once an order has been accepted, cancellation requests may not be possible where the product has already been processed, prepared or dispatched.

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

The applicable price is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

Prices may change from time to time. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver products in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

8. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at hello@archerandgrove.com.

Please provide your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the product and packaging.

We may request photographs or other information to help us assess the issue and liaise with our delivery provider or supplier.

Where a product does not meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide the remedy required by law, which may include repair, replacement, refund or compensation depending on the circumstances.

9. Change-of-Mind Returns

Unless otherwise stated, Archer & Grove does not offer refunds or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind, selected the wrong size or colour, or no longer want the product.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
