Shipping policy

Due to the multi-dimensional structure and delicate nature of our handcrafted wall art, we do not utilize standard postal networks. All Archer & Grove objects are dispatched via specialized, premium fragile couriers to ensure pristine delivery.

Fulfillment Timelines:
• This collection is a seasonal pre-order. All pieces will undergo final assembly, quality inspection, and dispatch from our Australian studio.
• Once dispatched, transit times typically range from 2–5 business days for major Australian metro areas, and 5–9 business days for regional locations.

Delivery Conditions:
All shipments require a signature upon delivery. We highly recommend shipping to an address where someone is present during business hours (such as a design studio or office). We cannot deliver large-format fragile art packages to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
